• September 2018. I contacted this company to request that they stop providing services to my 87 year old father. They were driving him 2/3 times per week to buy vodka and were well aware of this. My dad had fallen a few times as a result of being drunk and had suffered a couple of injuries which required medical attention. The taxi operator I spoke to the first time was understanding of the risks and assured me they would not provide a taxi for my dad in future. A few days later they drove him to the off licence again. I called them about this and the operator was very aggressive. He said it was business to take my dad as a fare, and that my dad could call any taxi company. I responded that this was my responsibility to manage. I was accused of being threatening and that I should look after my father better. I was treated in a very aggressive manner with contempt for my dad's welfare. Treble Twenty has no integrity or respect for customers and shouldn't be allowed a licence

• only gave one star because there was no option to give none! ordered taxi, no call or text, called half an hour later to chase taxi up and was told tough, taxi has been and gone, you should have watched for it and we don’t offer ring back or text service to say we’re here! it’s 2018!!!! operator so rude on the phone. customer service nil. do not use!!!!! would hate to think of anyone standing on their own outside waiting for THIS taxi company

• Orderd a taxi for my cousin and they said they would be 10 minutes but they were 30 minutes late and when they did get here the just honked and then drove off then came round again then did the same and drove off I then rang up and said the taxi has drove off and didn't even wait and the guy said he not coming back and then hung up on me. I AM NEVER USING THERE TAXI SERVICE AGAIN!!!!!
