• I regret to have to leave a negative comment as toys r us holds wonderful memories for me as a child however the store now is awful, there are never any staff anywhere to be found and there returns policy is a joke! They make you out to be a liar when returning products even though they are brand new still in package and sealed. I have left the store tonight in tears of embarrassment and I will never be shopping there again. The manager Ash Wardell advised he would need to check CCTV to prove we were even in the store at time of purchase ... They treated me like a common thief .... Disgusted and embarrassed.
