• Visited the store this morning. I usually shop at the competitors ' Screwfix' amazing experience overall in Bridgend Store Speedy service, Great customer interaction with great knowledge and understanding of a variety of different tools. I couldn't quite find what I was looking for 'Liam' searched the computer to find me the product and then showed be a range of different items within their new catalogue. If something was not available I was given a variation and offered extra within the order that I may need to complete a job at hand. You will not get this kind of service from any other trade shops, this is what separates them from the rest. I believe the two lads that served me were (Liam/Lewis) However I may be wrong. The location of this store really makes it hard for the company as they have rivals within 5 minutes of every direction, However as stated this experience is what really makes them stand out from the crowd. I also believe that this store has amazing value for money, when in comparison to other stores like B&Q,Wickes,Screwfix. Quality items at an affordable price.
