• I would not recommend Tom Whiteley Thatching under any circumstances. Although the thatchers themselves were a joy and did a high-end job, Tom proved impossible to deal with, a nightmare on communication and failed to price the job correctly, resulting in an additional £2. 000 being added to the pricing. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL.
