• AVOID PUB AT ALL COSTS As a resident living near the pub, I am ashamed to say what I thought was a nice sleepy little village pub, turns out to be the complete opposite. After some middle aged mindless thugs from the pub illegally started setting off huge fireworks, Saturday evening, on private property, not only causing damage to neighbourhood vehicles and buildings but also forcing passing traffic to turn around so they didn't get hit by rockets and debris. After politely asking them to stop, I was physically assaulted by one of the thugs when I made an attempt to enter the pub to speak to the landlord. I decided not to press charges, against my better judgement. But we all know who the culprits were, including the Police as they gave them a verbal warning whilst they were still in the pub. May I suggest that the culprits are barred from the pub for a very long time. If this is the typical clientele of the pub, I am saddened, worried and also astonished that the Three Horseshoes can describe themselves as a ‘Family Restaurant’.
