• I had to cancel my appointment due to becoming unwell the day before and having a positive COVID test. Because I cancelled under 48hrs they took my £30 deposit money. When I spoke to the manager she was very abrupt and told me to "blame Boris" and they don't offer a COVID cancellation policy "because they would never make any money!" - so it seems that this business would rather loose customers through bad customer service.... or it could be said that they possibly even risk the health of their customers and staff members due to customers turning up to their appointment unwell through fear of their deposit money being taken.
