• I have been a shopper at Irlam store for more years than I care to remember but over the last couple of months in fact since the 24 hr service finished the shelves have been very sparse with a lot of goods out of stock or running out of date the store needs to get their act together before they loose a lot of custom

• i am a regular shopper at tesco irlam because the staff are freindly and helpfull while my wife enjoys the bargains i enjoy chatting to security who are friendly and very approachable overall a good shopping expeiance

• I put in a complaint at the store over a week ago and have still not recieved a response, Poor show what rubbish service get your act together 'TESCO'.

• I visited the Irlam store 22/11/11. The men’s toilet is absolutely discussing. I just could not believe the state they are in. Equal to some of the most neglected loos I have ever seen. The urinals – stank. The soap machines were ether empty or hanging off the wall – literally. The place looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned, let alone, decorated in years. When I went to point this out at the customer service desk I was told “yes we know it’s been like that for a while. The persons manning the desk were just not interested. To the point where they didn’t even stop what they were doing. The customer service desk in Irlam seems to be mainly a place where staff, when they are passing drop in for a chat. The situation was not helped by the ‘security’ guard who seems unable not to pass comment on all things. His input/attitude was not appreciated at all. Had it not been for the fact that I was accompanying someone to the store I would have insisted on seeing the customer service manager. My wife and I have been customers since the store moved from the corner shop in Eccles and find it just unbelievable that Tesco have allowed the situation at the Irlam store to deteriorate as it has.
