• I have finally decided to boycott tesco. Lee Mill is my local store. The offers displayed on the shelf edges regularly do not come off at the till. When I try and sort it out at customer services I have found the staff to be surly and rude. Is it so hard to apologise? Only once have I had the response I would expect; a refund, an apology and a smile. Unfortunately, the long queues at customer services, the surly response, and blaming me for the mistake have lost me as a customer. I would rather travel to Sainsburys at Marsh Mills.
