• This tesco store is like any other however it has one major flaw which is specifically targetting local 6th formers who attend the Weald. During the 45 minutes 6th formers from the Weald school have for lunch they are made the queue up outside the store, with a 'one in one out' policy. I would like to point out that tesco is a customer service based company in which giving excellent customer service is expected at all times. This is clearly not the case as queues of up to 30 or 40 students are told to wait outside until they're allowed in. I personally find this extremely disrespectful and offensive, as well as being time consuming during the short time allocated for lunch. How can this store claim to be obeying the standards of other tesco stores with this lack of respect towards the public? Additionally I would like to point out that this rule is limited purely to students. Meaning that the so called customer assistants are being age discriminating. I would bring this problem up further, however with the lack of respect I have received from the team working at this store, I find it highly unlikely I will have any response whatsoever.
