• Opticians were extremely slow, waited a very long time to be seen. The optician herself however was very thorough so i was impressed with that side of things. However they seem to try and convince you to have anti glare lenses which are £30 extra and they insist the optician recommends this,but after speaking to various other people including those with children who have been tested there they do this with every single customer! To be fair you can refuse this option but I think it's a little misleading and wonder how many people have fallen for it?! The range there is also very quite small so your choice of frames are somewhat limited, and some of the staff dont seem to know what offers are on what is a promotion and what isnt! The Glasses themselves take a week to ten days to arrive which isn't too bad and I had no problems with this at all. So basically if you want to go somewhere convenient and do your shopping afterwards then this is the opticians for you, just don't feel pressured into buying optional extras by being told the optician "says you need it!" Would I use them again? No I would much rather have honesty and more frames to choose from.
