• We strongly advise you not to use Tecaz. Although initially drawn in by the showroom, we have been incredibly disappointed with the ordering process, staff competence, customer service and lack of care for detail. As the kitchen was ordered in May 2021, we did expect delays due to the COVID pandemic, however, the delays that we experienced are beyond realistic. The kitchen took 22 weeks to complete, forcing us to use make-shift facilities in our garage for 10 weeks of this! Most of the delays were due to staff incompetency in ordering the right products and measuring basic things correctly. When these mistakes were pointed out, there was no urgency to correct them. Examples of this are incorrect shelves being supplied, wrong sized shelves and doors ordered, incorrect internal units arriving, and multiple examples of the same error! We always had to chase them, and they were resistant to return calls. Tecaz ask for payment up front and when they have your money, they don’t care about completing the job! Avoid them at all costs.
