• Well, I just know where to start with this one… it was the biggest mistake we ever made going with Synergy PHR. We paid a huge sum of nearly £125,000 and got conned in a bad way with work that was well below par. I would certainly avoid this company. The Director Darren will sell you the dream and then deliver work that isn’t even fit for a 3rd world country. We had leaking baths, basins, showers and taps. They blamed the manufacturer for all the faults and refused to come out and rectify all the faults. We also had a major issue with our Air recovery system but Synergy refused to come out and rectify the issue. Instead they blamed the manufacturer and refused to take responsibility. Worst of it all, absolutely worst of it all – Synergy refused to commission the unit after they had installed it. That’s how much faith THEY have in their workmanship and understanding of an air recovery system. I would avoid Synergy at all costs.
