• In september I took my LR for service the receptionist told me that both my nearside tyres were damaged and needed replacing immediately also my rear wiper I refused all three and asked a knowledgeable friend to check my tyres who said yes they badly scuffed but not dangerous, the wiper blade was fine

• Having bought a brand new LR in July, for which I was paying cash, I was soon contacted by various people trying to sell me extras and insurances,I think the team found it difficult to accept that I was paying for a car without the extra add on , I would imagine that it is reasonabley easy to sell these extras when a car is being sold on lease because these extras only cost a few pounds extra per month and does`nt too matter too much in the scheme of things, but when paying for a car with taxed income it does, so you don`t need the hassle of sales staff after parting with 53k. to be continued
