• I paid £650 first fit £150 refit 6 weeks later £75 removal 4 weeks later The first time I went to the salon the shutters were down and nobody answered the phone. Later they text me that they had a photoshoot at the salon and all other clients knew to come around the back (how am I supposed to know that on my first visit and I wasn’t told about the shutters or back entrance?) but still kept optimistic. Adele fitted my extensions and they were 24inch. Within a couple weeks the last few inches had gone crispy even though I wear a silk cap and treat my hair very well. When I went back for a refit 6 weeks later i had to have maybe 3-4inches cut off which isn’t good really if the hairs supposed to last 1-3years and you pay for 24inch and 6 weeks in it already needs a chop? Also at the refit they never washed my hair just sectioned my hair and moved beads up. Other places wash your hair to get rid of build up under beads. When I got home I noticed the beads weren’t as close to my head as the previous fitting and there was lots of cross hairs which caused matting and made it uncomfortable to have my hair up. I also had a few beads slip and the extension come out. I ended up going back 4 weeks later and having them taken out (note everytime I went I saw different staff and Stephanie does not do hair but on Instagram it looks like she does) and the lady forgot a few extensions in my head. I almost got in the taxi and left if I hadn’t checked myself I would of had to make another trip to remove the rest of the beads. I just think it’s a premium price to pay for a just ok service and regular hair. There’s no way it would last 1-3years if it needs cutting every 6 weeks, I also noticed they have deleted their Google maps reviews which I believe was overall 3* and is fair because it’s a 3* service.
