• Terrible. Didn't finish the job and won't give a refund.

• Awful experience for me and my wife. Matthew only completed half an £800 flooring job back in late October and I'm still waiting for a refund. Recently he insisted a partial refund of £260 would be paid only if I agreed not to leave a review. I feel that is close to blackmail and have no option but to start legal proceedings. To cap it all off he even sent an abusive email. Should be on Rogue Traders!
