• I visited this tea time with parcels - the young man who served me was very well mannered and respectful. The two ladies who also were there embarrassed him, one of them who was on her way to her break tutted and said something under her breath related to him (not sure why) - whilst the one still working behind the counter banged something down on his side of the counter after muttering something about logging out - this was in front of me and others - it was horrible to observe, they didn't seem to realise at all. The ladies could do with some communication and kindness training - I truly don't know how this young gentleman retained such dignity. I will never use this post office again. 5 stars goes to the young man on 10th Nov 2020 - 1 star goes to my whole experience marked by my observations of how the other two employees treated him.
