• AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I asked for a leather jacket to be dry cleaned due to scuffs at the cuffs and near the zip. However, not only was there no evidence that the jacket had been cleaned, but there's now a blue biro mark on the lapel!!!! When I complained, the response was simply that unless I have photographic evidence, I have to pay £25 for the extra stain! This is despite the fact that we went through the marks on the jacket when I dropped it off and there clearly wasn't a blue biro mark on it initially. AVOID these people if you don't want extra stains on your clothes.
