• Very rude, asked the male inside for a manicure there was a spare seat, shouted at me said we don't do them,but on the door on a poster it said they did them !! Surprised they get any customers with wrong attitude !!

• Went yesterday for the first time,wanted a manicure,on the sign in the window said manicures £12 so I went inside a chair was spare, and a male asked what I wanted I said a manicure,he was extremely rude shouted we don't do manicures,never felt as stupid in my life, really surprised it gets any business at all,would definitely not recommended, very rude MAN KEEP AWAY that's my advice

• Star nails are rubbish, the nails are wonky and look tacky and there is hardy any acrylic on so feel like they are coming off only for them done around 2 hours ago I went back and they didn't do anything, just shouted at me there rude and very horrible towards clients kept telling my friend to stay still and stop stabbing him with the nails wouldn't recommend!!!!

• Star nails are good at nails but the staff are so rude and the nails look tacky after the first day! And more expensive than anywhere else. I am not happy with their service the main woman and the man that works their are extremely impolite would not recommend at all.

• Absolutely garbage. Staff rude and unfriendly. Nails already looking shabby after few days. Definitely wouldn't recommend going there. I know i won't be using them again. Tonys definitely the best place to go.

• Very rude staff treated absolutley terrible im disgusted and will be writing a letter of complaint. Avoid this place like the plaque
