• Had infills done yesterday at star nails total rip off the french manicure I paid extra for in gel was all lumpy and when I got home noticed two nails were all crinkles and uneven and today another nail has just peeled off my daughter complained about the varnish she had dabbed on to her nails were all lumpy and streaky and was told they would be ok with a top coat on a complete rip off won't let me score 0 has to be

• I have been to star nails about 3 times now I always have french manicure I went this time because 2 nails had come off the older man put 2 clear tips on but I had wanted the white tips like the rest of my nails ??? I pointed this out to the girl applying the clear varnish first she shouted at me to keep my nails under dryer for longer even though it was very hot when I noticed the clear tips I told her they should be white to match the rest she was very abrupt and began shouting at the man who put them on in chinese I might add she was not suited at all I found this very rude & bad mannered she sprayed some white powder on them but they didn't look as good I will not be going back !!!
