• Started a ride there last Sunday, can't believe had never been there before. If you love cycling you have to go to this shop, a cyclists dream over three floors. Before the ride one of the service team sorted out my derailleur then after the ride back there for coffee and cake, while checking out all the great bikes. Amazingly friendly staff too. Can't recommend this place enough.

• Inattentive staff, long waiting times. Simple jobs they have to take your bike in. Also, they're quick to jump on the computer if they don't have an item you're after. Fair enough, but I can use a computer at home to order parts. I come to a shop for convenience so I don't have to wait for something to be ordered. Avoid this place.

• Take in a freshly powder coated frame with not a mark on it for BB installation, leave with scratched and damaged frame after parting with cash. Rude, unhelpful and argumentative when questioned - all it would have taken was an apology? Avoid.
