• The cleaning is first class here and the staff very helpful. We would always take our cleaning here. Their memories are so good that they don't need to record dates. Their receipts are so tiny it's not surprising that people lose them. Unfortunately they lost our duvet and couldn't find their copy. Unbelievable personal service from the boss but alas could not help us on that occasion.

• I lost my receipt for a duvet, they could not find their copy, they do not even record dates the boss says no receipt no duvet. I can't believe they could not trace one duvet. We have to buy another but the boss doesn't care becomes very angry and be warned, as me and my wife found out today. A local villager shop normally deals on a friendly basis but not him
