• I have since had a satisfactory response to my complaint; the senior partner responsible for dealing with complaints did so in a very professional manor within a good time frame. As such I been asked to qualify my comment above. Since formally complaining i have received a much better service from Spratt Endicott and do believe they have the structure in place to make such failures in future less probable. Having said that, it is still very unlikely i will personally use them again.

• Poor from start to finish. Delayed us for 3 weeks by missing e-mails despite us chasing them up. Minus the 3 week delay we would have completed on time and not incurred the extra expense of another months rent. The total experience from Spratt Endicott was one of complete lack of interest in actually working on behalf of their client. Nobody seemed to want to help move things along, nobody seemed to want to communicate with us what was happening and nobody seemed interested in keeping to our deadlines. All communication with us was done begrudgingly as if we, their client, were a problem and a nuisance as opposed to someone whom they were being paid to serve. I will not recommend this firm to anyone to use and if my complaint is not handled satisfactorily by the firm i will be going to the ombudsmen.
