• Ordered taxi for hospital appointment but it didn’t turn up. When I called dispatch the girl LIED and told me that they’d had a couple of breakdowns. When the driver finally arrived he told me he’d been sitting in a car park for the last 40 minutes. I then called dispatch to complain and they simply didn’t care. Pathetic company that simply don’t care about the customers as long as they get their cut from the drivers. Any good reviewers are either very lucky or work for the company
