• I have never had such a horrible experience in my life.I ordered 2 take-away pizzas and I had been waiting 1 hour an a half before having my COLD pizzas. But this is not all!! Meanwhile, I was called by the delivery man as he couldn't find the way. I tried to explain to him how to get to my house and I gave him my Postecode again but I was verbally attacked by him and told that if I hadn't meet him where he had stopped his car in order to take my pizzas, I would have lost them and my money too. I was assured by the manager that it wouldn't happen again and that he would call the delivery man but when he finally found the way and delivered my pizzas he kept on complaining and answering my boyfriend back in a very rude way. I don't think they realised that I could have filed a complaint against them. I'm still thinking about whether or not to do it! I wonder how is the rest of the staff... People, stay away from that place if you want to be treated with respect instead of being shouted at!!!
