• Something Special Theres nothing special about this shop especially their return policies and miserably rude staff. My first and only purchase in the shop was a few months ago. I bought 2 silver plated bracelets (for an inflated price), but decided to treat myself. A few months later one of the bracelets lost its silver plate coating and turned my wrist green. I walked into the shop off the street and right up to the cash desk. I started to explain my situation while searching in my hand bag for the bracelet. I was able to say that "I had bought a bracelet a few months ago" and was interrupted immediately by the "older" much ruder clerk asking me if I had a receipt, I explained that I did not and explained I had bought two bracelets (I was wearing the other one) and that I had no intention of returning the bracelet, however it was obviously faulty. I was pulling it out of my hand bag to show her and was told that "we will do nothing with out a receipt". I explained that I was not looking for a refund that I was hoping to exchange it for another. She repeated in a matter of fact and condescending manner that "I will do nothing without a receipt" as if I hadn't heard her the first two times. Those were the only words out of her mouth, She said nothing else the me except when I told her I would not be shopping in their shop again, her response was "fine". I also added that I would advise anyone I could to avoid their shop. Again her response was "fine" This particular "older" female clerk is miserable, rude and unfriendly (as noted In other several previous reviews) In response to these poor reviews, the shop claimed "we've been here 25 years so we must be doing something right" I would argue that their location on the high street in Lytham is the only thing they have going for them. The prices are exaggerated and the stock is obviously of poor quality neither exceptional or unique (also noted in previous reviews). The customer service is a complete fail with rude, ill mannered staff. Not worth the aggro!!!!!! Absolutely off putting and takes away from the charm of the street.
