• Whiteley store. Bought a cube peleton race . Really knowledgeable staff and were friendly and professional. Bike had a minute mark on it but being a fussy sort I mentioned it and they swapped it no quibble ! Pleasure doing business with. Good luck with the new store guys ! :-)

• I have never felt the need to write a review or comment before but I feel I need to now.This store was recommended to me buy a work colleague (guy).The shop member (Sam) went above and beyond to help me with the correct bike for my riding style ,fitting and my budget.I brought a giant defy 1 which I'm extremely happy with.I get 6 week and 6 month free service with I feel is very good in this day and age.I would recommend thus store to any one who's about to buy a bike

• For the fourth time I have visited this great little shop I have not been disappointed by the fact its stuffed full of great ranges or though naturally its difficult to keep all items available due to size. But thats the only 'great' bit! Every single time without exception I have been confronted by what I can only describe as a cocky /arrogant member of staff. With my personnel background I would generally never bother going back as customer service is of paramount importance to me. I was prepared to let it go on 3 occassions! Today 22/4/12 was the last straw. Someone I had not been served by was worse! His manner and curt responses topped the last. Brothers? Who knows. I wanted to purchase a particular product but unfortunately they did not have the basic colour (black) in stock. Rather than take my details to see whether their other stores had it or get the item in for me the chap just left it at that. Not interested in following the sale up even though it was small I made a point of reminding them they did not call me when the other items I asked for on a previous occasion were staring at me from behind the counter. I asked they're cost knowing I would need more at a later date but having already told them I had purchased the same from Halfords this chap said on the lines of "don't bother telling him the cost as he already has them". Nice! I would love to see this shop do better than it may be already but lads, if you read this, sort the attitude cos over time you will loose those less tolerant than I. Good luck. P. Westmorland
