• We have been to the Soho several times since the new owner took over and have been very impressed each time.

• Pleasant decor.Food did not live up to expectations, the sirloin steak was too thin,too much gristle and undercooked for medium rare.Fruity dressing on salad did not work, tomatoes v.good. Calves liver and jus was superb but the fondant potatoes were like a brick and therefore inedible. Service and presentation was good.

• It has changed hands and now its is up market. Decor is excellent and the food is even better, but you do pay for it.so good, we go back every two weeks now, at least!!

• This place used to be great for a family cheap meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Heard it has changed hands and gone upmarket :-(
