• I went to Soap for a cut and blow with Lauren at the recommendation of a friend last week using a 50% off recommend a friend voucher. For whatever reason when I arrived Lauren did not cut my hair and I was given a stylist named Kat. I had long hair well past my shoulders when I went in and took a picture of the style I wanted which was probably an inch and a half shorter than my hair. Kat really appeared to listen as we discussed the length I wanted my hair and how I didn't want to go too short. She then proceeded to cut my hair into a drastic short bob above my shoulders and even took it upon herself to graduate the back! I was horrified. As I was leaving the salon another member of staff remarked how I had cut all my long hair off and I was mortified. When we rang the salon later to complain no apology was given by the stylist and we were asked what did we want them to do as they couldn't stick the hair back on so please beware if you are given the same stylist Kat that 50% off could mean 50% of your hair like me.
