• Absolutely terrible- dragged out my home buying experience for 8 months! Lazy, incompetent, communication was terrible! Denied that there was a problem with a missing deed and then several months later admitted it was a problem but advised I take out indemnity insurance which would not cover for this problem. Then solicitor went on maternity leave and handed it over to a new worker who had to try and clear up the mess but failed miserably. If I could choose -5 stars I would.
