• I feel the need to share my terrible experience, attempting to use the services of Skyex Cars. I called Skyex from Italy to book a taxi to pick us up from Stansted airport. The lady taking the booking took my flight number and repeated several times the time of the flight. Our flight was then delayed 2 hours so I called Skyex to let them know we were running late and our new arrival time. We were told it was no problem at all and the driver would be with us as 12.55am. On arrival at Stansted we had no call and no one waiting so I called Skyex to see where our car was. To our horror we were told that there was not booking, followed by being told that we had booked the taxi for the next day. This in itself was absurd as not only did they have our flight number, but I had called from Milan airport to say we were running late. The man I spoke to was so rude and ignorant, after putting me on hold 5 times and accusing me of lying about my booking, he said a car could be with us in an hour and a half! I would NEVER use this company again and would encourage anyone thinking of using Skyex to stay well clear. I would also recommend Anycabs services, they were so accommodating and helped us get home in no time - and for much less money than Skyex were charging.
