• In my opinion, I will NEVER use this company again! The woman there held my husband up for 45mins when he arrived. There was no customer service, in fact rude would be a word that comes to mind. There were hidden add on's that kept piling up along with a ridiculous excess that was also hidden in the small print. He was told it would be a VW Golf or similar, it wasn't a golf or nothing like a golf! On the original rental agreement it shows that the car had damage on the front of it and when he returned it this woman said she is charging him for this damage, that was clearly already there and says so!! They are also charging us for bringing it back on empty, when it was EMPTY when he left!! We have had nothing but stress from this company and considering we use hire companies ALL the time we can safely say this is by far the worst and most stressful. There has been a complete lack of customer care and service. We are appalled by the behaviour of the woman there in every way shape and form. And we will not be recommending this company to anyone. It won't let me post anything unless I rate it. I have to put one star to make this comment. If I didn't have to I wouldn't rate it at all!
