• On my birthay I went for a swedish massage treatment in Sinlen. Because I have sensitivities in my legs I asked my scalp to be massaged. The massage therapist was not very happy to do this because probably is different from her routine but said yes. Then I asked if they use any aromatherapy oils as this is the practice in every spa I have been around the world to help the clients relax. The therapist told me that I should have booked aromatherapy massage instead of swedish. Basically she refused to use 2 drops of lavander oil and made me feel I am asking too much from my treatment. Then she went out and her manager came into the room againg making me feel like my wish for 2 drops of oil was a big extra for my massage. Finally I was crying and left the room. This is how I spent my birthay. For me this place is not ready to meet the client's needs, not flexible at all
