• Most miserable postmaster i've ever encountered only use this post office when desperate ! Very rude & unhelpful

• Shocking place shocking service and the most miserable vile post master I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Go anywhere but here - he overcharges he is rude to customers and hates children being in his Post Office. I have complained to Royal Mail about him twice. Avoid at all costs

• Similar experience to the other two reviews (Summer 2012), haven't been back since, instead choosing to use a post office further away. The post master was very rude, and tried real hard to over charge me for a letter which clearly fit through his 'small' measuring slot fine, but still tried to charge me for the larger letter, without telling me he was doing so. He didn't like been caught doing it and grumbled to himself. Terrible practices and equivalent to theft in my eyes.

• Very poor customer service. Will not use again. There is another PO 5 minutes away by car providing excellent customer service.

• This post office is terrible, very grotty and poor poor service with only really one person who takes the time to interact properly with customers. I've been here many times and on 5 separate occasions have been overcharged. The focus here is "let's make loads of money" and forget about the customers. Dismal, poor, grotty and the worst customer service of any post office in the UK
