• went to deposit £25 on a pre pay master card the cash never made it to my card? Looked out my receipt and it said declined, although the man behind the counter took my cash, didn't think to check my receipt as I thought I could trust the post office! Went back to confront the man to ask him to investigate it, he was rude and abusive, I'm taking this matter further, his English wasn't an issue when he was taking my money!
