• Greg from Shepherd and James tried to charge me £20 for doing a quote I have never been asked to pay for a quote in my life ! His quote was £300 more than other plumbers. He was angry with me because I didn't want to pay for his quote or hire him to do the job. I would not recommend him at all or his company Shepherd and James.
