• This company is set up for dodgy, rip off business. After all the deposits they obtain from people, with all sorts of lies, they will be going under. Of course we can expect the same company will be relaunched employing the same people, minus all its debts and previous customers deposits. You will be lucky if they do deliver your kitchen. Don't even complain about the poor quality or bad customer handling!!

• Firstly the showroom staff were very kind and helpful in many ways pointing out advantages of certain decisions. The home visit went smoothly and again the designer was very helpful in pointing out advantageous points. We returned to see our proposed kitchen in digital view and were able to make adjustments and were asked if all was to our liking. Never at any time did we feel under any pressure or obligation, in fact we were advised we could change our mind at any time during this process. we went ahead with a deal that we thought was great value for money after FINALLY settling on a design. We contracted and a date was set for delivery and fitting. The delivery was on time and the fitting began as planned. The electrician was first and he rewired and fitted new plugs to our specifications. Next the plasterer who skimmed the whole room. The fitters were next who fitted new service pipes and units then the electrician returned and fitted the new cooker. The whole team were friendly and efficient and obviously knew their stuff. We have had two follow ups for satisfaction from shaping homes and in a year will be looking to do our bathroom with them also. All in all a great experience and a great fantastic kitchen.

• Horrible trader - taken over £2000 and failed to deliver after ongoing postponement for 10 months then telling me the shop was liquidated when I demanded to cancel the contract and return my money. This shop deserves zero star, not 1.

• This company took £2000 deposit for fixing our bathroom in December 2013. They kept delaying the service so we asked our money back, which we were refused. Now we learnt that the company is been bankrupt from 29th April 2014. Moreover they keep advertising on their website and change the customers's ratings of their company reviews. I feel people should be aware of this

• This company took £2000 deposit for fixing our bathroom in December 2013. They kept delaying the service so we asked our money back, which we were refused. Now we learnt that the company is been bankrupt from 29th April 2014. This company also fakes the customer reviews.
