• I went to "serenity bride " today and like any bride I was very nervous and anxious.When we first walked in we were greeted by such a lovely young lady called saffron,the nerves were soon turned to excitement as she made me feel so much at ease.I tried so many dresses on and had so much fun.Each dress I tried on she took the time to ask me questions like "how do you feel in it" "what don't you like about it" etc she then helped me pick the most beautiful dress which we put a deposit down on today.She was so patient and kind and made me feel amazing making every second count.Beautiful shop with beautiful staff :-) can't not thank them enough.Highly recommend this bridal shop to anyone :-)

• I don't understand how this shop has so many bad reviews. I bought my 3 bridesmaid dresses from here and thought the service was fantastic. The staff are friendly, helpful and can hold a conversation; which is more than most bridal shops can say! The dresses I got from there were also great quality, well priced and altered fantastically. Very happy with my experience with them, and would highly recommend them.

• I bought my dress from this shop recently, so from the current owners. I would strongly advise brides to avoid this shop. The customer service absolutely appalling. The owners appear in experienced, defensive and often actually rude. I have since bought another dress from the wedding shop as I had so many problems with serenity. I must say the difference in service I have experienced there is night and day. Remember when you buy your dress there is still a relationship with the shop and you should be respected and looked after, serenity are simply not up to the job. Very disappoited and made the whole experience stressful. AVOID

• Hi, we bought this business on the 13th November and it is clear there have been problems. It makes us sad that anyone should have upsets like these as your wedding day is a special moment in your lives. Julie, Lyndsey and Lissy (mother and 2 daughters) are committed to ensuring these things do not happen on our watch - so please do not be put off by these dissapointing reviews which relate to the previous oners running of the business. We promise that we will be committed to making your wedding day one to remember for all the wonderful memories made and if there are dissapointments, that they are not through our fault. so please come and see us. • Visited recently terrible customer service was ingnored for about 3 minutes on entering the shop, They were attending to another bride so I didnt expect them to drop everything for me but They did not even look up and smile when I walked in despite them being infront of the door and I felt very awkward left standing there. Dresses were very dirty so it was hard to like them which is such a shame for the designers, I'm sure I would have felt quite different about the dresses had they been cleaner. I also catch the girl who served me roll her eyes at her co-worker when I was describing what I was looking for in a dress. I had been to 2 other bridal shops in town earlier that day that I would thoroughly recommend, one is right across from the shop, I was in each of them for 1 hour - 1 hour and a half and was in Serenity bridal for 30 minutes, I got to try three dresses on, despite saying there was another I liked I was not offered the chance to try anymore on and then was told I could get change , I felt as if I was putting them out being there, I would have thought with so many other bridal shops in town they would be a little more friendly and willing, I would not recommend them at all.

• customer services was appalling. we were held to ransome with regards to the dresses. Being told to pay the full amount upfront before receiveing the dresses regardless if we were happy or not and without a final fitting. The mangeress (i use the term loosley) has no customer services skill whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP as it will add a needless amount of stress to your big day!

• This by far has to be the worst experience we have ever experienced. Over charged. Alterations made that were not requested un laundered dresses supplied and bad un responsive customer services and made my bride to be cry. Please use a more professional outfit. Take the warning
