• I've really never experienced a shop like it. The staff wonder round the shop saying nothing, they don't say hello and they don't offer to help. The manager drifts aimlessly around, doing absolutely nothing. In addition to this, he looks perpetually irritated. It's as if you shopping in his shop is somehow offending him. Everybody in their seems devoid of personality, rude and totally disinterested in the customer. I had a friend who worked there for a short spell. He too found the atmosphere awful.

• some of the staff working here have the personality of a sweeping brush, some are really rude and look like they have lost the will to live if you so much as try to engage them in conversation and obviously they show no pride in the outside of the shop as the path and doorway were treacherous when we had the heavy snow
