• Last cut not good. Asked her to cut to shoulder length and she cut it all onto my neck. Also cut up into the back of it and now it sticks out. I didn't ask her to do this - wish she'd ask before she did anything different. AM trying to get away from this graduated cut as my hair is fine and curly. I just wish she'd do as l ask and not just assume. The colour is first class as always. Would consider another salon for a cut tho as I've had this problem before. Sorry.
