• Bought an item for a birthday present , waited over a week for delivery. Emailed Sage and their reply was disgraceful , missed the birthdays and the item due to their inadequacy . No contact from Sage whatsoever , not until I emailed questioning delivery. Their response Sincere apologies but your order was flagged in our security checks on suspicion of being a fraudulent order. Given your emails I can see that it was not but unfortunately we are now sold out of this top. I have made a full refund into your account and added £5 to your Sage Clothing account that can be used on your next order. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
