• Unprofessional and shameless: avoid! I hired this company in August 2017 to seal two windows and one door externally and internally in my flat with acoustic sealant (I had fitted new windows recently), and I was charged £390 for the job. The person who had installed my windows returned for some final adjustments, and he found that safeseal did such an awful job, that basically all the external sealing was not properly attached to the surfaces, and was completely loose. I learned that safeseal had not even made sure to clean the surfaces over which the sealant had to be applied. As a result the sealant did not stick. We had to completely remove the external sealant, so basically half of the work was useless. To make matters worse, the person from safeseal dared to remove some important pieces from the window frames, which gave stability to the structure. I made this known to the owner and requested refund of half of the price, which he refused. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
