• Cannot praise this company enough. Used SR Wright for many years and always found them to be professional, prompt, reliable and very competitive on price too. Most recently he replaced a shower at very short notice and has done many jobs for me over the years. I am disappointed at the negative comments in a recent post which has prompted my reference today. I find it difficult to believe he would ever risk losing a customer through such behaviour. I am sure the vast majority of customers would share my views.

• Used for a few years now for numerous jobs including full boiler change, new radiator after coming out for a emergency call out with a burst radiator, new taps, new shower, towel radiator in the bathroom, always reliable, affordable and honest.

• Extremely pleasant and punctual, took health and safety for Covid above and beyond putting his customers first, Will certainly recommend to my family and friends No call out charge and free quotation and offered plenty of advice.

• My Dad called this company recently to inquire about their plumbing services. A man picked up the phone and greeted him quite energetically,but as my Dad started talking the man violently slammed the phone down and did not call back. He was quite clearly put off by my Dad’s voice because he doesn’t have an English accent. This is not the first time my Dad has been discriminated against like this and it makes me very upset that people (especially ones that are meant to be working in a professional manner!) think that it is okay to mistreat people like this. The people working for this company reflect a clear inability to communicate professionally with their customers and other people should also be aware of their discrimination. We took our business elsewhere to another company who actually knew how to treat their customers, unlike his one.
