• DO NOT USE. I have used Rye Cars twice previously and had no issues, this lead to me mistakenly recommending them to a friend. They had the usual process, called ahead, booked it in and PAID IN ADVANCE for an early morning taxi for a work trip today (international flight). I find out this morning that they didn't show up this morning and didn't let the client know!! She had to call at 5.30am when the taxi didn't arrive only to be told that they didn't have one available to send. They then ignored her follow up calls when she was trying to manage the situation and didn't apologise for the chaos caused. 100% do not use as they can't be relied on.
