  • 1 star reviewVisited ruth's hair salon, asked the stylist to trim my hair 2 to 3 inches below my shoulders.and to feather my hair. she cut it very short ear length. the hot hair dryer and red hot iron snapped all my hair off, hair left in a diabolical state. wish to god i had gone to a top stylist now.
