• Enforced flea checks that they then force you to pay for regardless if needed or not ! Then they charge top price for flea treatment ! Isnt it supposed to be subsidised ?. The older dark haired vet is awesome but sadly the new blonde vet thinks she has rights over your animal ! Avoid, better of going to a proper vet

• They are very helpful and caring. Just wish they had a contact number for emergency. What does a person do in the case of such a situation.

• this really is a great place. the staff are so welcoming and caring. Also its brilliant that they help people on benefits. well done rspca harlow!
