• Very poor customer service wanted to sort out a query about my mortgage payments could not be assisted till I hung up

• I was very disappointed when I called RBS mortgage centre at having to wait some time then given another Telephone number to call, I decided not to ring these numbers and try my own bank.

• I must say the customer service is very poor, I am really unhappy, I rang the telephone number few times and each time made me wait for 20 minutes, and ended up putting phone down each cuz no one answered me,time, my phone bill is sky high after ringing, for nothing! This is really ad service!
