I've had 15 months of being made to look like a piece of dirt and not welcome in this branch from a few members of the Burnside branch they dont have any customer service skills managers should have a good look at their staff and listen to the cusomers now I understand why so many go to RBS in Rutherglen Main St they are very helpful and welcomingHorrendous customer service most notably by staff members Patricia and Janet who have caused me to log an official complaint with rbs and question my 22 years loyalty with them. I'm aware not all RBS staff are like this however I would advise against banking with them if this if your local branch. banks should be opened at weekends.Rating history and distribution
