• I purchased 2 dresses from this company, the wedding dress has what looks like moth holes in the material and the bridesmaid dress is the wrong colour entirely. I didn't have time to organise anything else so have to change colour of table settings and bouquets to match the new dress colour. https://www.icloud.com/photostream/#A3G4TcsmGvpEI6 Roxx-online tried to tell me I got what I ordered, take a look for yourself in the link. The material is of poor quality. It's very thin and falls apart easily

• Read these negative reviews after I'd ordered and paid for my dress and accessories. I needn't have worried. My dress came exactly as ordered and on target. Good communication from company. Give them a chance.

• I would love to leave a review for my dress. However, I NEVER RECEIVED IT!! My dress was ordered this September. The charges are on my credit card statements. I have emails discussing lengthening my dress and the subsequent charge on my credit card. Yet on 15 October I still had not received my dress, I had not even gotten a shipping confirmation. Sadly, when I emailed the company, that evening, in regards to my dress and a shipping/tracking number, I never got a response. I attempted yet another email on 19 October, yet again no response. Another email was sent on 23 October, and yet again, no response. I have even attempted to call (I live in Atlanta so this is not as simple as it sounds) the company three different times. And surprise of surprises, I can not even get to a voice mail to leave a message. I cannot express my disgust for any company that is unwilling to work with a client to solve a problem. This has been a huge disappointment. I highly recommend that you DO NOT attempt to buy a dress from them.
