• Terribly snobby service. I'm a bride to be and popped in to have a look at their selection of bridesmaid dresses for my 7 bridesmaids. I wasquickly told as I didn't have an appointment I woukd receive no service but I was welcome to look. Giving the benefit of the doubt I began to look, they do have a lovely selection of dresses and so I begun looking at a colour chart that was on the counter only to have it swiped away! I was mortified. Staff obviously need some basic training in customer service. Good manners cost nothing.
