• Rude, rude, rude....hired a van and when i took it back i drove it into the garage where i had picked it up from. In the upstairs office behind glass sat an elderly lady, very angry waving her arms in the air and shouting at me. I had no idea what she was saying. I started to back the van up and she became even angrier. I stopped the van and she was still shouting at me getting angrier by the second. I suffer from ptsd and being confronted in such a way pushed me over the edge and took me back to all the trauma. I had suffered. I told her i was not a mind reader and she should make her self clear. Yes a shouted at her because she was behind a glass partician. Elderly chap followed me to my car and told me i ws banned from ever using tgeir services again. Why would i use them again...so that the old woman can be abusive to me again, i think not. My children were left extremely upset by the old womans unprovoked anger towards me. I deserve an apology. And the old woman needs to learn how to treat people
